#ShairSalgirah

On 5th April 2011 I gave the idea of a hash tagged group to some friends who were fond of shayri and tweeting it.
On 6th April #shairoftheday  was born with
@dandiwakh  tweeting the first verse under the hashtag.
Later it was shortened to #shair  as it took too much space.
The handle @shairoftheday  was created in November  2011 along with this blogspot to take care of our growing family.

This week we invite everyone to share their favourite experiences in their #shair  journey .
It can be via their own lines, turban do or serious verse.
Via their favourites by friends

And it will culminate in a tarahi mushaira on Sat with the famous  misra Jigar Moradabadi

Everyone please  join in. You don't have to be worried about being precise. As long as we learn via fun it's fine
